damage; we believe it has increased sales
- Our audiences are roughly equal parts wanderers, searchers,
navigation-clickers, and explorers. Keeping no personal data,
we do not know which populations do what.
- 2003 experiment indicated that if PDF were free we would
see some cannibalization.
- 11-15% for sure (from experimental data)
- PDF bundles (buy book and get PDF for small extra fee)
are the most popular PDF sales approach
